Sponsored by:

Stockton, CA — Motorists next week should expect to see Caltrans crews at work on at least six Mother Lode highways.

On Highway 4, Monday and Tuesday, drainage work is scheduled 6 a.m. until 5 p.m. between Avery Hotel Road and Rancho Paradiso, with one-way traffic control in place and the potential for ten-minute delays. Similar work will be underway but lasting until 6 p.m. on those days between Salt Springs Trail and Sherman Acres.

Long-term construction in Valley Springs on a road improvement project continues that involves both Highways 12 and 26. On Highway 12, shoulder work is scheduled around the clock between Pine Street and Cosgrove Creek. Paving in that area on Monday as well as on Highway 26 between Savage and Nova ways from 7 a.m. until midnight will cause ten-minute delays. Overnight construction between Pine Street and Cosgrove Creek Tuesday evening through Friday morning from 7 p.m. until 7 a.m. may bring similar delays.

Additionally, drainage cleaning is scheduled from Tuesday through Friday from 8:15 a.m. until 3:15 p.m. in three locations. These are Highway 12 between Double Springs Road and Highway 49; Highway 26 between Savage and Nova ways; and on Highway 49 between Copello Drive and Airport Road. Motorists should plan for ten-minute delays at these locations.

On Highway 108, each weekday, median barrier work is scheduled between Soulsbyville Road and County Dump Road from 6 a.m. until 6 p.m., affecting the #1 of 2 lanes, causing possible five-minute delays.

On Highway 120, each weekday, tree work is slated between Hardin Flat Road and the Yosemite National Park entrance from 7 a.m. until 5 p.m. with one-way traffic control in place and potential ten-minute delays for motorists.
