The TUD Meetings will be available when the TUD board is in session. Meetings are usually on the second Tuesday at 2pm and the fourth Tuesday at 5:30pm of each month. This is a raw, unedited, and unfiltered video, that may include scheduled breaks.

**California Governor Gavin Newsom issued Executive Order N-33-20 on March 19, 2020. Order N-33-20 obligates all residents in the State of California to stay home and heed the public health directives issued by the Department of Public Health. As a result, the District will be unable to offer its meeting room to hold its meeting scheduled for March 24, 2020. Instead, the meeting will be held entirely by electronic means, consistent with Order N-29-20, which waived certain provisions of the Brown Act. Pursuant to Order N-29-20, Board members will hold this meeting entirely telephonically. Members of the public may observe and listen to this meeting through the District’s website via Granicus, and may participate in this meeting by submitting comments on any matter within the Board’s subject matter jurisdiction, regardless of whether it is on the agenda for Board consideration or action, and those written comments will be read during the meeting (or during the agenda item if applicable) and entered into the administrative record of the meeting. These comments may be submitted in advance of the meeting by mail or by email to the addresses shown below. Comments submitted during the meeting must be sent via email and will be read in real-time during the meeting.
Unfortunately, the District is unable at this time to provide a telephone conference line for public participation. If the District is able to provide more access, it will strive to do so. Due to the rapidly changing limitations on public movement and the nearly daily changes on when and how public meetings may be conducted, please check the TUD website for updates as the meeting date approaches. If changes do occur, the District will use the most rapid means of communication available at the time.
To submit written comments by U.S. Mail for inclusion in the meeting record, they must be received by the Board Clerk no later than close of business (4:00 p.m.) on Monday March 23, 2020.
