More Work To Be Done On Trinitas EIR
San Andreas, CA — A contentious golf course project in west Calaveras County is set to undergo even more review.
The Ridge at Trinitas would boast an 18-hole professional golf course with a lodge and 13-home gated community.
An Environmental Impact Report for everything but the existing golf course has been circulated for public review.
But at the Board of Supervisors´ regular Tuesday meeting, it will consider hiring a consultant for $88,000 worth of additional planning services on the existing environmental document.
The 280-acre project is located near Highway 26 and Ospital Road.
In a separate matter later Tuesday morning the board will hold a study session for the final review of a proposed countywide grading ordinance.
The board meets at 9 a.m. Tuesday at the Calaveras County Government Center in San Andreas.
