San Andreas Doctor Accused Of Violating Six State Codes

Sponsored by:

San Andreas, Ca — Doctor Gary Johnson of San Andreas is in trouble with the Medical Board of California.

The board has filed a formal accusation against the 60-year-old doctor for allegedly treating patients while high on prescription drugs he prescribed for himself.

In total, Johnson is accused of violating six state codes, including practicing medicine while under the influence of narcotics, self-prescribing a controlled substance and violating drug statutes.

In March, Johnson lost his privileges to work at Mark Twain St. Joseph Hospital in San Andreas. After searching Johnson´s home, law enforcement officials reportedly found remnants of a shipment of Vicodin. The Medical Board determined that the doctor couldn´t account for large quantities of narcotics he had ordered.

Johnson also allegedly broke other state codes, including failure to keep records of patients who received medication.
