Wilseyville Resident Charged With Weekend D.U.I.

San Andreas, CA — 23 year old Justin Petersen of Wilseyville was arrested early Saturday morning and charged with driving under the influence.
Peterson was headed westbound on Gregory Street east of Milton Rd. when he made an unsafe turn and collided with a mail box secured in a concrete foundation at 2:45am.
Petersen fled the scene but was later arrested.
His passenger, 23 year old Christopher Burkhart of Valley Springs, suffered a head laceration. He was flown to Modesto Memorial Hospital for treatment by Air Med.
