Supervisors Approve Spending Plan

Sonora, CA — The Tuolumne County Supervisors have passed a final budget for fiscal year 2010/11.
The total budgeted amount of funds is $139,874,056, which is a decrease of 9.4 percent from 2009/10. The budget includes around 65 less employees than the 2009/10 budget, or a 9.3 percent reduction.
Although it’s considered the final budget, it will likely be amended after the state passes its spending plan.
