A Wilseyville man who refused to let a PG&E repairman work on a downed power line was arrested Saturday.
Calaveras County Sheriffs deputies say 54 year-old Stephen Turpin refused to let the P G & E repairman onto his property on Blue Mountain Road.
When deputies arrived Turpin became belligerent and was taken into custody. En-route to the jail, deputies say he turned violent, kicked out the rear windows and tore off the door handles of the patrol car.
