Debris Of Navy Fighters Spotted

A fishing vessel reports sighting a debris field one mile in diameter in the area where two Navy fighter jets crashed over the Pacific Ocean today.
The crash of the unarmed F-18 Super Hornets about 80 miles southwest of Monterey came during routine training. The Coast Guard and commercial vessels are searching for four missing members of the Black Aces squadron at Lemoore Naval Air Station.
A Navy spokesman says he doesn´t know if the planes collided. The Coast Guard reports no signs of survivors or any sightings of bodies.
