Governor Backs Financial Privacy Law

Governor Davis says he´ll support a bill that would tighten restrictions on how companies can share customers´ financial information. If the bill becomes law, Davis says it would be the strongest financial privacy law in the nation.
Companies that violate the law could be fined $2,500 for each violation.
