Jan. 7th Trial Set for Nesler, Philliips

The evidence is the same and the witnesses are the same, thus, according to a Deputy DA in Tuolumne County, William Nesler and Dean Dee Phillips should face charges in a single murder trial.
The decision was made this week to proceed with the single trial for the two suspects.
Each is accused in the murder of 45-year-old David Edward Davis over the summer.
The trial date has been set for January 7th.
