The Sonora Area Foundation Welcomes New Member To The Board

Sonora, CA — Retired Sonora High School Educator Roger Francis has been appointed by the Sonora Area Foundation Board of Directors as its newest Director.”
62-year-old Francis retired in 2003 after nearly 30 years with Sonora High School. He was selected by a community nominating committee from a pool of more than 50 candidates.
Francis replaces Sonora stockbroker and financial advisor Todd Simonson, who completed two five-year terms on the board at the end of April.
Foundation Directors have also named new officers for the coming year.
