Sonora, Ca — In what was in part an attempt to gather information regarding the recent murder of a Sacramento police officer, the Tuolumne County Sheriff´s Department recently performed parole compliance checks at 11 county residences.
It was at the request of the Department of Corrections/State Parole. As part of these checks, investigators looked into what vehicles these parolees are driving and whether or not they showed any significant injury. It is believed the suspect in this case may have been shot in the incident.
According to the Tuolumne County Sheriff´s Office, no on-site arrests were made. All information was forwarded to the Sacramento Task Force.
