CHP Identifies Victim In Fatal Crash On Parrotts Ferry Rd

Mokelumne Hill, Ca — The California Highway Patrol has identified 26-year-old Deirdre Donovan Blood of Mokelumne Hill as the individual who was fatally injured in a collision on Parrots Ferry Rd Tuesday morning.
Blood was traveling southbound at 9:55am when she came around a large sweeping curve that was wet and slick from recent rain.
Blood lost control and traveled into the opposing lane. She was struck by a vehicle driven by 31-year-old Michael Tipon of Standard. Tipon sustained minor injuries and was transported to Sonora Regional Medical Center.
