Cause Of Thursday Rawhide Rd. Fire Unknown

Jamestown, Ca — CAL Fire reports that a cause has not been determined in regards to a two acre fire on Rawhide Rd. that started during the noon hour Thursday.
Units from Columbia, Standard, Twain Harte, Baseline, Murphys, Green Springs, Altaville and Vallecito responded. No structures were affected. The fire started around 12:40pm, and crews remained on scene past 6pm for mop-up.
