Mother Lode Raising Money For Cancer Research

Tuolumne, Ca — Relay for Life events, in connection with the American Cancer Society, are taking place this weekend at both Summerville and Bret Harte High Schools.
Relay for Life raises money for cancer research and is a chance to honor survivors and remember those who have passed.
The 24 hour event kicked off Saturday morning and will wrap up at 10am Sunday.
Numerous activities are taking place throughout, including a luminary ceremony, live entertainment and a Miss Relay competition.
