San Andreas, CA — What could have been a serious child-vehicle accident Tuesday evening was avoided at Bullion Hill Drive and Gold Standard Court.

Ms. Galante became distracted by a horn honking on another vehicle. Her son then climbed onto the open driver’s window with his body hanging outside. She told her son to get off. The youngster fell off and under the 1993 VW Cabriolet.
