A very impatient driver faces charges of DUI after the CHP says he first tried to pass over a double-yellow line, then tried again on the right shoulder, hitting another vehicle.
John Miller, 49, of Arnold was arrested after the Highway 4 accident Thursday night. No one was hurt.
