Meth Found In Drowning Victims´ Bodies

Toxicology tests reveal that the couple who died with four of their children in Lake Isabella July 2 tested positive for methamphetamines. But sheriff´s investigators say they still consider the Skaggs family drownings nothing more than a tragic accident.
The official cause of death is listed as drowning for all six family members. Coroner´s investigators say the mode of death remains undetermined.
