Victim Airlifted After Morning Crash

An accident on Mountain Ranch Road near Highway 26 left one patient with major injuries, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The wreck occurred around 8am, on Mountain Ranch Road just east of Highway 26 and just west of Rocky Road.
The Air Med helicopter was initially unable to fly due to the foggy conditions, but the fog abated and the helicopter was able to finally see to the injured patient.
There´s no early word on the precise extent of the man´s injuries.
