Voter Registration Deadline Approaches

Sacramento, CA — Election officials are reminding voters wishing to participate in the November 8th election that Monday is the deadline to register.
Residents who have moved since the last time they voted must also renew their registration.
Forms can be picked up at the county Elections Office, at the Department of Motor Vehicles or other government offices.
Voters can also request absentee ballots up to seven days before the election.
The Election Office in Tuolumne County is located at 39 N. Washington in Sonora. The Calaveras County office is at 891 Mountain Ranch Road in San Andreas.
