Investigators Still Searching For Home Invasion Robbery Suspects

San Andreas, CA — Calaveras County Sheriff´s Deputies are still looking for a group of suspects who allegedly committed a home invasion robbery last week.

Authorities responded to a home on Highway 4 in Avery at about 5:00 Thursday morning on a report that six people wearing ski masks entered a couple´s home and ransacked it for valuables before fleeing in the couple´s pickup truck.

Items belonging to the Avery couple were later found in another pickup reported stolen out of Stockton.

That pickup was located in the Murphys area. No injuries were reported. Meanwhile an armed robber who made off with an undisclosed amount of cash from a San Andreas convenience store is still on the loose. That robbery reportedly occurred just before 1:00 a.m. Friday morning.

Investigation continues in both cases.
