Sonora 49er Interact Headed For Mexico
Sonora, CA — Come spring break 2008 35-40 Sonora High students will head to Tiajuana to refurbish a local school.
Sonora 49er Interact is a service club sponsored by Sonora 49er Rotary for the express purpose of providing support for and completing service projects in the local community. Still another service is the group´s International Service Project scheduled for Mexico.
This Saturday Sonora 49er Interact will be conducting its fundraiser for the trip. The group will be selling truckloads (three-quartres of a cord) of firewood at $100 apiece. 60 loads of wood were initially available. The contact to order is Kim Davis at (209) 532-5112.
