The September Saturday Concert Series in Copperopolis will continue this Saturday with local artist Josh Pfeiffer.
Pfeiffer was Thursday’s KVML “Newsmaker of the Day”.
Pfeiffer’s debut CD is entitled American Crooner; Act 1. The CD contains a bit of jazz and swing-pop inspired by ‘crooner’ influences ranging from Frank Sinatra and Andy Williams to the more recent style of Michael Buble and Jason Mraz.
Currently raising a family in Copperopolis, Pfeiffer grew up in Tuolumne County and attended Summerville High School. He was a part of the Summerville’s “Jazz at 8” program.
The Copperopolis September Concert Series takes place each Saturday night at Copper Town Square from 7 PM through 10 PM. Upcoming shows will include Joni Morris (Patsy Cline tribute), Rock Show (theatrical 80’s and costume contest) and The Boys of Summer (Eagles tribute). Journey Revisted started the series last weekend.
These concerts are free, although parking is five dollars and tables with wine may be reserved for an additional cost.
