Original post at 3:55 p.m.: Arnold, CA — Emergency crews are on the scene of a crash on Highway 4 that has stalled traffic.
The CHP reports that two-vehicles collided just east of Moran Road in the Arnold area. The wreckage is blocking both lanes of the highway with officers rerouting traffic.
