Groveland Driver Booked For DUI

When Tuolumne County Sheriff deputies stopped Ted Harwell on Ferretti Road in Groveland Saturday night for not having license plates on his Isuzu Trooper, they discovered he was showing signs of intoxication.
Deputies administered the field sobriety test, which they say Harwell failed. California Highway Patrol officers took him into custody.
