California Assembly Ponders New 9/11 Memorial License Plates

Several legislatures nationwide, including California´s, are considering issuing September Eleventh memorial license plates. Under a proposal by Democratic and Republican leaders of the California Assembly, high school students would design a patriotic memorial license plate.
