A.C. Couple Loses Round One Of Dog Flap

Sponsored by:

An Angels Camp couple has been told by the Calaveras County Board of Supervisors that they must get rid of a dozen dogs at their residence after several neighbors complained of loud barking.

Edward and Janet Aragon live on a 20 acre parcel and because of that could obtain a license to keep all of the animals, provided that the dogs don´t become a nuisance to the surrounding area. That wasn´t the case. The Aragon´s, who show their American Bulldogs as well as train them says they will take the issue to Superior Court. They will be able to keep three of the dogs if the decision stands.
