Residents in and around Pardee Reservoir on the Calaveras — Amador county line will likely see smoke coming from the area this afternoon.
East Bay MUD (Municipal Utilities District) is conducting a controlled burn on their property at the lake. The fire is to be started around 12:30 p.m. this afternoon.
