School Bus Blocking Road Near Soulsbyville

A school bus is reportedly blocking the roadway at westbound Highway 108 and Soulsbyville Road.
There´s no indication from the California Highway Patrol as to why the bus is not moving.
But drivers should use caution in the Soulsbyville Road area today.
