Nesler Jury Selection Set for January 12

In less than two weeks, jury selection will begin in the murder trial of William Nesler.
Nesler´s attorney plans to ask for the trial to be delayed a month, to allow him time to finish up another trial and prepare for the case. In addition, Nesler´s attorney said that, due to the unusually heavy news coverage in the county, he may ask to have the trial moved.
Nesler is accused in the beating death of 45-year-old David Edward Davis back in July. Dean Dee Phillips, originally also accused of murder, now faces a felony charge of being an accessory after the fact.
Jury selection is slated for January 12th.
