Randolph HolderThe playing of the so-called “Black National Anthem” at NFL games this fall, thus creating a de facto separate nation within our borders, means that we have strayed a very long way from Martin Luther King’s vision of one nation of equality and have reversed the old, Jim Crow era “separate but equal” policy and replaced it with an “equal but separate” one. And that’s a travesty.
