Last Parcel In Greenhorn Will Be Built Out

Angels Camp, CA — By unanimous vote of the Angels Camp City Council, the last parcel of land to be developed in the Greenhorn Creek subdivision was approved Tuesday night.
The Classics on the Ridge will consist of 55 single-family homes, 5 of which will be custom home sites.
The 12.5-acre development will be located on the corner of Greenhorn Creek Road and McCauley Ranch Road.
The applicant, Mission Valley Development Group of Pleasanton, is in the process of buying the land from Barden Stevenot.
Planning Director Kaye Simonson says the developer has a couple of years to record the final map.
