Duet Featured At San Andreas Gallery

San Andreas, CA — A summer exhibit featured at the Calaveras Arts Gallery in San Andreas is turning some heads.

The local show dubbed “Duet-Artists in Concert” is appearing now through September 1.

The new exhibit showcases local artists Jane Boone-Brown of Mountain Ranch and Ruth Morrow of Arnold. The two are displaying 2 and 3 dimensional art including watercolors, oil paintings, collages, and art dolls.

Boone-Brown recently took watercolor classes taking her in a new direction with her art, which she is sharing in this exhibit.

Morrow interprets her world through watercolors, collage, and other media. She says her latest work with art dolls is fun because there are not many rules and she can really use her imagination.

The ‘Duet´ show is open 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday and 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday.

The Gallery is located at 22 Main Street in San Andreas.
