Sonora, CA — Measure P and two state propositions were soundly defeated Tuesday evening in the Tuolumne County voting results.

The total revenue would have been equally split. This measure was defeated by a 54-45% margin.

Proposition 81, calling for the selling of $600 million in bonds for the construction and modernization of libraries, was soundly defeated 66-33%.

Proposition 82, which was earmarked for free pre-school for all four year olds in the state, went down to a resounding defeat, 65-34%.
