Angels Camp Housing Project Pulled Again
Angels Camp, CA — Consideration of Cottage Park, a 34 home subdivision, was pulled again from the Angels Camp Planning Commission meeting Thursday.
This time it was at the request of the city. Planning Director Kaye Simonson says the project´s development agreement was not properly noticed. So no action could have been taken on the project.
Previously the developer Stelte Construction pulled the project in April to consider some special conditions.
The commission will now hear the project during a special meeting June 15. It´s normal June 8 meeting has a full agenda.
The homes would be built in two phases on Kurt and Foothill Village Drive. To build the homes, Stelte needs a general plan and zoning amendment.
