Jenny Lind Flooding Estimated At 35 Acres

Jenny Lind, CA — Flooding that occurred as a result of a levee break near Jenny Lind has flooded about 35 acres of agriculture land.
At 4:30 p.m., Friday a levee that was channeling water from releases at New Hogan Dam was breached.
The Sheriff´s Department is conducting an aerial survey to determine the true extent of the flooding.
No homes were affected but officials say the situation could change with the potential for showers throughout the day.
