More Homes Proposed In Valley Springs

Valley Springs, CA — The Calaveras County Board of Supervisors is considering a proposed subdivision that would put 12 new homes in Valley Springs.
Roger Canepa of Sonora is asking for permission to build Valley Creek Estates on Highway 12 one mile past the intersection of Highway 12 and 26.
The board took its first look at the project Monday. It continued its discussion for two weeks to allow planning staff time to come up with additional findings.
The Planning Commission unanimously approved the project back in January.
