Slide For The Cure Event Cancelled

Bear Valley, CA — The 5th Annual Slide for the Cure at Bear Valley Resort has been cancelled.
Organizers say due to the storms headed to the Mother Lode, they have cancelled the event scheduled for Saturday.
Communications Director Marc Gendron says the fundraiser has been postponed; however a date is not secure.
He says Bear Valley will still be open and proceeds will be donated to the DLF Foundation. The live music, brew fest, and barbeque will not take place.
