330 Fires Continue To Burn In California

Sacramento, CA — According to CAL Fire officials 330 fires remain active in the state.

The largest fire is the Basin Complex which has now burned 77,165 acres. This fire is only 18 percent contained.

Statewide 614,808 acres have now burned this fire season. 1.451 fires have already been contained. 20,175 personnel have been utilized including 423 crews, 1,461 engines, 408 water tenders, 293 dozers, 97 helicopters and numerous air tankers.

40 residences, one commercial building and 61 outbuildings have been destroyed to date. Areas of Monterey, Santa Barbara and Shasta counties are under evacuation orders at this time.
