Sonora To Host Denim Day Rally & March

Sonora, CA — The Mountain Women´s Resource Center will be sponsoring today´s Denim Day Rally & March between three and four o´clock at Courthouse Park.
The purpose of the rally is to raise awareness about sexual assault and ways in which the community can work together through a theme of “Peace Begins With You” to eliminate sexual violence.
April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month and M.W.R.C.´s goal is to raise awareness about sexual assault and support the community in preventing sexual violence.
