Moore Fire 30 Percent Contained

CDF crews are fighting a 250 acre brush and timber fire 15 miles northeast of West Point at the Moore Creek Drainage in the Stanislaus Natonal Forest.
No populated areas are threatened as officials hope that tonight´s forecasted rains will slow the advance of the blaze. The Calaveras County fire is 30 percent contained with full containment expected by Wednesday morning.
