Singers Head for Sacramento

Singers Don Henley, Courtney Love and Patti Austin will be at the state Capitol today to testify at a hearing
on the law that puts a seven-year limit on the amount of time most performers can be held to a personal services contract. The statute was amended in 1987 to
provide a limited exception for the recording industry.
