A 15-month-old Berkeley girl who was thought to be missing this afternoon was with her mom all
along.
Jaida Yonko was being cared for by her aunt. The aunt took a nap and when she woke up, she found Jaida gone.
It turns out, the
parents picked up the little girl while her aunt was sleeping.
Berkeley Police Captain Bobby Miller says a four-year-old child told police Jaida walked
away on her own. That turned out to be wrong.
