Bush Fires Back At Critics In Radio Address

Sponsored by:

Can you conserve energy by acting more efficiently in your home? President Bush thinks so. He used
Saturday´s radio address to talk about conservation as part of his energy plan.

Bush has been under pressure to talk more about conserving energy
rather than just producing it. Bush´s national energy plan will be released next week. Emphasized will be conservation needs at home, work and industrial
plants.

Governor Gray Davis says President Bush and his administration continue to ignore many of the energy realities facing California and the nation.
The California governor said he agrees with Bush that petroleum supplies need to be increased. Davis believes that additional conservation and stable energy
prices should be addressed.
