Portions of Cary Stayner´s three hour taped confession were being played in court today in a Mariposa
courtroom. In the preliminary hearing, he´s charged with killing three Yosemite tourists over two years ago. He´s facing the death penalty in that
case.
Stayner already is facing a lifetime prison sentence for admitting to killing a Yosemite Park naturalist two years ago.
