No Report Of Possible Kidnapping, So Far

Vacaville police say they have nothing to indicate a kidnapping after a father and daughter reportedly saw several girls in a mini van last night who appeared to have been bound and gagged.
A statewide alert was issued after the two saw a white van with a dome light on last night around 10 p.m.
They told police they saw three five- to eight-year-old girls who apparently had their hands tied behind them.
A Vacaville police Lieutenant says no one has called to report a crime. He says the pair could have misconstrued what was going on in the van.
