They have filed new documents alleging Blake spent months planning Bonny Lee Bakley´s killing, while his bodyguard researched how to make gun silencers. The documents were filed in response to a defense claim that a “lying in wait” charge against Blake is a technicality being used to keep him behind bars. Prosecutors argue Blake is likely to flee the country if granted bail.
