Would-Be Shooter Sentence Delayed

Sponsored by:

Sentencing has been postponed for a month for the young man convicted of planning a Columbine-style killing spree at De Anza College in Cupertino. Defense attorneys convinced a judge in Santa Clara to delay sentencing for Al DeGuzman until July 21st so a juvenile justice group can get involved. DeGuzman was convicted on 108 counts of possessing an arsenal of guns and homemade bombs and planning to use them in an attack on the De Anza campus.
