Peterson Back In Court

Scott Peterson will be back in court today, as attorneys try to determine what evidence will be presented at a preliminary hearing next week. Scott Peterson is charged with the murder of his wife, Laci, and their unborn son, Conner. He could receive the death penalty if convicted.
