Surf´s Up?

Surf´s up dude…in Willow Springs? A slightly modified street sign at the corner of Soulsbyville and Willow Springs roads seems to be telling passing motorists to keep a watchful eye for pedestrians with surf boards. The chance of seeing that could increase if El Nino storms bring more rain to the Mother Lode.
